Waffles !!!

Do you like waffles? Personally for me, i do. I came back from work & saw a plate of home-made waffles. I was suprised & thrilled & ate alot of them. Cheese was also added to add flavour to my tongue. Thanks Mum! It's her first time making waffles for the family! Cool!

I searched for a website about the recipe of waffles. This is the recipe.

1 3/4 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
3 eggs
7 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups milk

Preheat the waffle iron.

Sift the dry indredients into a medium sized bowl.

Separate the eggs, putting the egg whites in smaller bowl.

Beat the egg whites until they are stiff. (If you are using an electric mixer, you can beat the egg whites first, then beat the batter without having to wash the beaters. The reverse is not true. If you beat the batter first and you have to wash the beaters before beating the egg whites.)

Add the egg yolks, oil and milk all at one time to the dry indredients.

Beat until there are no lumps in the batter.

Fold the egg whites into the other batter using a spatula or other flat utinsel.

Put a full 1/2 cup of batter in your waffle iron to make a 9-inch round waffle. This recipe makes about eight 9 inch waffles.

29 Oct, the IRONY day :)

On 29 October, it is an irony day with mixed feelings. i went to JC's house to sort things out with somebody. While waiting, i chatted with JC & Ella. Not forgetting JC's nephew, i played with him. Mine goodness, this boy is so chubby & active!

Alamak i played with this boy but i don't know his name. How lame!

On 27 October (Sat), i went to Holland Village & met up with the askkaladila boys. These 3 fellows were damn colourful. All seem to be Topman's fans. One is pink, the other striking yellow & another red.

The sleeper pinky Jeffrey wanted to appear retro & was more colourful than the 2 boys.

They looked like happy-go-lucky traffic 'couples'. The yellow top really made Jiale appear outstanding & Gary, the loyal citizen of Singapore.

Then we met up with JC & his friend. They went to buy a few tops from S&K. The brothers were nice enough to accompany me to Far East Plaza. Thank you boys!

Yeah this is my ex-classmate i met up with just to celebrate her birthday! Look closely, she wore a red necklaces that was a gift from me! I gave another neckalces with a little dog pendant too!

We also met Jingyi however i only stayed for a while cos i need to rush to service. So again, i met up with the askkaladila boys & Belle to go service together. JC & his friend had to go first. I have the opportunity to make more new friends. Service was great as well (thinking, believing, creaming. speaking).

After service, Terence & I sent Chee Wei off to france for his business trip. Yeah as usual, we had lots of stupid crappy nonsenses & laughter.

A Special Fun Day!

It was a fun & exciting day yesterday! I took really long to dress up just for the 3 events! Selamat Hari Raya Visitation, Wedding & Service! The first place was my principal's house. I didn't stay there for long as i need to rush to the wedding. Saturday cabs are really hard to catch. Thank God there was a cab just in time for me!

I sat with the askkaladila boys & some of the relatives. The boys are really very funny & crappy! Let's see the charming boys!

Today is the 2nd day of my part time job 7/11. So far so good. The stuff are really helpful. One of them said, 'you very aggressive. What is your job? Is it also agressive?' Hahaha...yeah i heard about my agressiveness a number of times. Initially i do care alittle. I thought to myself, 'oh sharks how huh?' yeah of course i don't go around beating people up. I'm just quite rough so i do envy alittle about some very demure & gentleholics! You know guys do like girls who are gentle unlike me! But who cares? I am who i am! Being rough is also a 'shield' to deal with those who wants to 'attack' me! Hahahaha...so don't mess around with me!

What's up this time?

There is a change of plan. I decided to take up my studies next year instead due to few reasons. One of the reasons that i could clearly state is the peace in my heart. Although i had signed up for the diploma course, i didn't feel any peace at all. There is a desire but it's not the right time for me to upgrade yet. Do not get me wrong. Of course upgrading is good! In fact, everyone is encouraged! It's just that i'm not confident to handle financially at the moment. That indicates that $Money$ does play a vital role in life! I spoke to the school about my decision to stay till this end of year. Frankly speaking, i felt really happier & relieved! I'll also be taking up an extra part time to earn extra for the upcoming B.F & myself. I'm going to start tomorrow evening!

Green Day

It was the 1st day of Selamat Hari Raya yesterday. A few of my friends joke about the colour that i wore yesterday! So green...earrings...hair band...top...eye shadow... "Wendy Selamat Hari Raya you so green..." Another comment was "you look like a tree, the tree of life!" Hahaha...to the person who said these...thanks huh! :P

I was at a train with a "magician" who showed me 2 red soft balls being transformed into a fake red rabbit! I find it pretty cute & cool!
