Dr AR Bernard's service(: 2008

Yesterday service was pretty special. Dr. A.R Bernard didn't use the whiteboard this time & preached about having a relationship with the Holy Spirit & representing him in the maketplace to glorify His name! I really pray that i will always carry His presence wherever i go! HE is simply alive & has really changes the way i think! God's thoughts are always higher than our thoughts!

Lovely Xiuyun!

I'm so glad that Xiuyun joined me & N255 for service! We celebrated her birthday & she recieved a blackforest cake from cell group & a pair of earrings from me! But she has no ear holes! Amazing right? How is she going to put on without the ear holes? Thank God she has the clips specialized for earrings! She was pretty happy & told me her trip was worth it! Praise God for that!

After service & some fellowship at the new comer's tea, Xiuyun went home. We went to John Little at Expo for a while & went to Bedok KFC to have a nice dinner!

No Clothes' Day!

Friday was suppose to be the day to buy new year's clothes but i didn't buy anything. I saw one of my supposingly favourite tops in Far East but 3 of my friends said that i didn't look really good on it. Sometimes it doesn't matter whether the clothing is nice, the vital thing is the person who wears it must look lovely & suitable with it. We went to cineleisure to visit Roy's shop, Tunik. The clothes are pretty gothic & costly. I like one of the tops (grey in colour) but there's no M size! Then we went to Blossom. I tried alot of clothing over there but i was pretty dissatisfied! Looks like i really need to go window shopping again! I simply have no idea what really suits me! Never mind i'll surely take my time to explore a variety & choose the best for myself!

Good Times spent (:

After work, i headed straight to orchard to meet up with Lendl. We share the same interest in certain things like shopping, clothes, make ups. It is really nice to be able to click well with people who can talk to you anything under the sun. We tried out different kinds of clothing & talk about fashion stuffs. Kelvin & his ministry buddies joined us later for a nice dinner in Sakura restaurant at Far East Plaza. The food was delicious. There was so much joy & laughter among us. Lendl really enjoyed herself. I'm glad that the outing was a lovely one...:) Chilling out with friends are the times i truly treasure...especially with N255... (:

A Slacky Day

It's time to shop for CNY's clothes but nothing fasinates me at the moment. Shopping for new stuffs is something i'll usually be excited about however this time round, my excitement has ceased. I was at orchard & went to many shops to try out the clothes but i was dissatisfied with almost all! Finally i bought something...Tie! A small silver tie...that i've been yearning for...(: I'm kinda sick of my hair colour...it's time to change...deep purple is worth considering...but black was encouraged by some of my friends...see how see how...I'm dead beat...sleeping soon...Goodbye everybody(:

2nd movie of the month: American Gangster

This was the second movie i watched recently. It was based on a true story of a man, Frank Lucas. The show was pretty long but overall, it was good. It is amazing how one man can earn deep respect of many & living in an infamous way. One thing about this movie that attracts me was Russell Crowe. He is my favourite actor! But i think Denzel Washington is good too...Arggg...

Ist Movie of the Month (Jan)

This was my first movie of the month 2008! It was good...a comedy & heart-warming show! Trust me...after watching, you might even feel hungrier...the food appeared extremely delicious...of course it's not just entirely on food alone...it's definitely worth watching!

1st Workout(:

It was my first workout in gym today! I felt really good...I began my day by consuming apple & broccoli for breakfast & walked to the station for twenty minutes. No make up to work this time as it'll definitely melt & spoil my skin under the sun. I had rice with vegetables for lunch & pizza bun for snack. I went for a workout with my buddy in the evening & had a nice healthy dinner. What a lovely day i had! It is always good to have a company to go out & workout with as there'll be motivation & encouragement(: I'm really looking forward to do it at least once every week. No crash diet...No cambridge diet...No fasting diet...Healthy one! Long term...that's what i'm aiming for(: Go Wendy Go!!!

Couch Potato - it's time to .....???

I've been a couch potato since the past one year. It's time for me to complete my mission...the dateline is 6th February (before CNY)... arggggg......It's time to tone up! Otherwise i'll be the lady in this picture in no time! Miracle will take place one day! The problem is when & how!
