It was my first workout in gym today! I felt really good...I began my day by consuming apple & broccoli for breakfast & walked to the station for twenty minutes. No make up to work this time as it'll definitely melt & spoil my skin under the sun. I had rice with vegetables for lunch & pizza bun for snack. I went for a workout with my buddy in the evening & had a nice healthy dinner. What a lovely day i had! It is always good to have a company to go out & workout with as there'll be motivation & encouragement(: I'm really looking forward to do it at least once every week. No crash diet...No cambridge diet...No fasting diet...Healthy one! Long term...that's what i'm aiming for(: Go Wendy Go!!!
